Sacred druid gardens
Rockhill Sacred garden was designed on druidic principles and aligned to the four directions as a Celtic sacred circle, centered around a beautiful stone altar and fire bowl.
The surrounding gardens exemplify many core organic and regenerative gardening ideals, from straw bale terraces, rotating intercropped organic herbs, flowers and vegetables.
The east garden has been planted out as a budding permaculture swath and wildflower pollinator meadow.
The entire garden is bordered by flowering fuchsia, hawthorn and oak trees, and is accessed by two gates from above and portal doors from the drive.
The sanctuary garden is a very special and magical setting for small ceremonies and gatherings, solstice and equinox circles, drum sessions, meditation classes & more.

To me - the most amazing things I have ever seen grow in a garden are people… nothing draws more nourishment, blooms so beautifully and creates such a rich harvest to sustain a soul through the harshest winters.
This class teaches everything from conscious choice making (weeding and pruning), soil enrichment and site placement to provide the best harvest for each chosen crop, moon gardening for choosing optimum timing for highest germination success to designing your gardens ecosystem to provide the perfect space for pollinators and beneficial insects attracting just the best kind of friends.. and I could go on and on (and do) but basically it’s Life 101.
